Hello to everybody! This is my first post <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->
First of all... Sorry for my bad english! <!-- s:oops: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_redface.gif" alt=":oops:" title="Embarassed" /><!-- s:oops: -->
I have tried to run successfully Vavoom Engine on Gentoo Linux AMD64, compiling it as 32bit application (using multilib); i made a working ebuild, but remains a quite important problem: the vavoom executable search data and configuration files in the installation directory and in basev subdir (e.g. /usr/share/games/vavoom for wads, in "basev" subdir for other files).
Is it possible to tell to the executable to search and if necessary create configuration files in the user home dir (~/.vavoom) ? Same thing for GWA files.
Thanks to the developers, yours engine is great!!!! <!-- s:twisted: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_twisted.gif" alt=":twisted:" title="Twisted Evil" /><!-- s:twisted: -->
